Life begins for a child in black, not white.
Nothing is tinted with alternate light.
Truths are plain, simple to observe.
A child can take someone at his word.
As truths begin to come in shades,
one learns that exceptions can be made.
Only when all colors are combined
is white: in white, truths you will find.
In black and in white, never in hues,
only all or nothing is the truth.
